BEYOND THE STATS

  • The transformation of 1010 Wilshire offers streamlined design in a high rise environment. Residents have maximum flexibility to make the spaces their own; rather than dividing the units with walls, areas are defined and linked by built-in furniture elements that act as low-height walls, preserving the open plan.
  • The design of the kitchen and bathing elements allows these elements to integrate with the main living space in the loft. In some units bathing elements exist in traditional spaces; in others vanities and bathing tubs are placed in the main loft space.
  • On the building’s roof deck, residents can gaze out over the city near a dramatic fire/water feature, work quietly among the trees and flowers while enjoying a westward view to the ocean, or host a cocktail party in the bar area under the glow of backlit colored panels.
