  • Located just north of the 10 Freeway, this 4-story project joins others located on this soon-to-be-transformed stretch of Lincoln Boulevard, a state highway that is a prominent gateway into Santa Monica.
  • The building’s major organizational elements include a strong concrete base at the ground floor and the glass curtain wall elements of the residential portion above. These glassy volumes rotate slightly, creating movement along the Lincoln façade, and the volumes’ angled mullions further emphasize the lightness of the streetscape. Roof decks float above the residential entry and a large metal screen defines the entry and provides shade for the upper level deck.
