  • Located in the “City of Gardens” district in Pasadena, Evanston Court is a new residential development that embraces the historic Evanston Inn, built in 1897 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Characterized by the original Italianate and early Craftsman styles of the late 19th Century, the Inn, which includes 10 units, was moved to a new secure foundation on site and restored to its original condition. The new 2-story construction with partial underground parking is comprised of 3 separate buildings, organized in an L-shape around the Inn.
  • Many plans offer single level living via direct elevator access or master bedroom suites on the first floor and large private patios adjacent to a generously landscaped common courtyard offer a tranquil setting for residents.
