  • Size : 157,720 SF / 131 units
  • Completion Date : 2015

  • 9901 Washington Blvd. is a 131-unit high-end mixed-use apartment building with 12,500 SF ground floor retail and office spaces. The project includes one, two and three bedroom units, and features 54 two-story loft units on the fifth and sixth floors, offering views of Downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood, and the ocean.
  • Community amenities include a resident lounge, a private conference room, a state-of-the-art fitness center; two landscaped courtyards with a water feature, and a 6th floor terrace with a fire pit.
  • At 88’ tall, it is one of the tallest wood structures in the country. The use of different scales and massing help break up the units into unique living spaces with over two dozen floors plans. The use of long balconies, framed openings, and the variation of materials and colors break down the façade into a more residential scale, while still claiming its urban presence within the downtown Culver City.
