BEYOND THE STATS

  • The Bank of Italy building in Downtown Los Angeles, a 12-story structure that stood empty for more than a decade, will soon become the luxury hotel NoMad. The once-magnificent office building at Olive and 7th streets is on the verge of a new life, resurrected by an expanding downtown Los Angeles renaissance that is bringing thousands of new residents and billions of dollars of new development and renovation.
  • The old banking floor will be turned into a large lobby, retail space, bar, restaurant, library, and study. An event space and swimming pool will be constructed on the roof.
  • We have collaborated with renowned Paris-based interior designer Jacques Garcia to bring back the splendor and elegance of this beautiful former bank building.
