BEYOND THE STATS

  • In order to realize PATH’s vision of a holistic homeless services support center, PATH Metro Villas adds 187 apartments with individualized supportive services, community areas, and two health clinics to an already thriving services program. The three new buildings are organized around a half-acre town square fronted by communal and supportive spaces including a large, flexible landscaped area for community gatherings.
  • Phase 1 encompasses the development of Building A which provides 65 affordable homes for formerly homeless individuals. The 6-story building includes large spaces for clinical services, case management offices, a community room with a teaching kitchen, 3 landscaped and furnished rooftop decks, bicycle storage space, and laundry facilities.
  • PATH Metro Villas Phase 2 includes the development of both Buildings B and C, which will provide 122 units of affordable housing in a high-quality transit area that is well connected to jobs, services, and amenities. Building B will feature a 3,000 SF John Wesley County Hospital Institute health clinic and a 1,500 SF Gateways mental health center. Building C features a community multi-purpose room, classrooms, an amphitheater, and a communal rooftop garden.
