  • The Roosevelt, constructed in 1925 and the first building in downtown Los Angeles to include an underground parking garage, features a new vehicular entry which leads to a sleek porte cochere and into the original grand historic lobby. An on-site Metro station provides residents with quick and easy access to convenient public transportation.
  • Lofts are carved out of the E-shaped building, keeping the original historic corridors intact, and the corridors on alternating floors are eliminated to provide cross ventilation to two-story units located in the buildings’ two wings.
  • Multilevel penthouses with private patios occupy the roof; an indoor lounge with large glass doors opens onto the exterior lounge, featuring a fireplace, fountain, pool and spa.
