Client Cost Stats Date
Roosevelt Lofts, LLC $50M 437,800 SF, 222 Units 2008

The Roosevelt, constructed in 1925 and the first building in downtown Los Angeles to include an underground parking garage, features a new vehicular entry which leads to a sleek porte cochere and into the original grand historic lobby. An on-site MetroRail station provides residents with quick and easy access to convenient public transportation.

The lofts are carved out of the E-shaped building while keeping the original historic corridors intact. The corridors on alternating floors are eliminated to provide cross ventilation to two-story units located in the buildings’ two wings.  The lightwell begins at the fourth floor and encloses a quiet landscaped area.  The fitness center and conference room open out into the lightwell.

The roof, once flat with a mechanical penthouse, now has multilevel penthouses, private patios, and common outdoor spaces. An indoor lounge with a large catering kitchen and glass walls opens onto the exterior lounge, which is highlighted by a fireplace, fountain, pool and spa.

Bottega Louie

Bottega Louie

The most New York you will get in Los Angeles, Bottega Louie is swanky, energetic, and refined.  The pastry counter is a must-see, and the pork chop a must-taste.
