3640 Wilshire is a mixed-use development on an L-shaped lot that will bring 209 market-rate apartments to Koreatown. Consisting almost entirely of studios and one-bedroom units, the seven-story building will feature a porcelain tile and trespa façade.

Residents will have access to two levels of underground parking, but will also be about two blocks away from the Purple Line’s Wilshire/Normandie Station. The project broke ground in May 2015, and is expected to be ready for tenants in January 2017.
