BEYOND THE STATS

  • The ground level street façade of this seven-story project has been designed with glazing along both San Pedro and 7th Streets, providing transparency, and a clear entry to the community room for open events and programs. Pedestrians are also allowed a glimpse through the residential lobby to the soft green space of the ground level garden beyond.
  • To provide space for the formerly homeless residents to connect, there are a variety of open spaces located throughout the building to support gatherings of varying sizes. Several patios, roof decks and gardens are grouped with programmed spaces such as community rooms, laundry rooms, computer rooms and recreation spaces to create a holistic living experience.
  • Residents are encouraged to socialize and participate in healthy food choices through the inclusion of two community garden locations in the project- one at the prominent corner terrace on the second floor, and one at the roof deck.
