BOB TIMMERMAN, AIA

PRINCIPAL

Bob joined KFA in 2000 and serves as Principal-In-Charge of quality control. An AIA Member since 1974, his body of work includes senior housing, educational, multifamily housing and institutional projects, as well as historic renovation and adaptive reuse. For 17 years, Bob’s deep knowledge of project management, quality control and detailing has been a crucial part of KFA’s success. He checks drawings for quality and constructability at every stage of the process, coordinates the work of consultants, prepares details and assembles specifications manuals. Bob and his sharp red pencil have 49 years of experience with a wide variety of building types. He has overseen the drawing production of more than 300 built projects.
