BEYOND THE STATS

• The Graduate Hotel is a historic 1930s Art Deco hotel located ten minutes from the University of Washington’s campus in Seattle’s University District. The project included a full renovation of the guest rooms and common areas, as well as an addition of a rooftop bar.
• The color schemes combine Deco themes with highlights of UW and the Pacific Northwest. The lobby lounge features pendant lighting, green walls with marquee lighting, floral carpet, and a pop of pale pink on the ceiling—with rows of wooden sofas with plaid, purple cushions.
• High above is the scenic rooftop bar that provides beautiful views of the mountain and Seattle’s skyline.

Ugly Mug Cafe & Coffee Roasters

• Funky, collegial hangout for hot-mug drinks such as mochas, plus sandwiches & other American eats.
