Mariajose Jarrin

Born in Peru, Mariajose moved to Los Angeles at a young age and was immediately fascinated by the architecture in Los Angeles. Curious about how buildings came together, Mariajose pursued a BA in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Building Science from the University of Southern California. Upon graduation, Mariajose went on to work for a general contractor where she gained experience in project development and operations. Wanting to look at the AEC industry in a different light, Mariajose recently joined the team at KFA. Mariajose believes that effective communication and collaboration are key in the successful design and construction of a building. In her free time, Mariajose enjoys reading, baking, playing tennis and surfing with friends.
