CAROLINE MCNEIL

Caroline brings over 20 years of experience in biomedical research administration, grants administration, and university department management to her role at KFA. While pursuing graduate studies in Applied Biostatistics and Epidemiology at the University of Southern California, she took a temporary role in the built environment and quickly realized it was where she wanted to be. Since then, she has worked in engineering and architectural project administration, supporting projects ranging from hospitals and hotels to airports and apartment communities. At KFA, she enjoys collaborating with talented colleagues and contributing to projects that enhance the communities where people live and work. She appreciates KFA’s commitment to designing spaces that are both functional and meaningful. Outside of work, Caroline enjoys classical music, playing the piano, and spending time at the beach, and she has a deep appreciation for French culture.
