KFA Designed Jamison Properties’ 209 Residential Units Plus Neighborhood-Serving Retail

July saw the grand opening of Jamison Properties’ development Luna on Wilshire at 3640 Wilshire, an urban, seven-story, mixed-use residential project in Koreatown. Congratulations to Associate Jaime Olmos, AIA, and the rest of the Luna project team!

Luna adds an impressive 72 market-rate apartments and 3,300 square feet of ground floor, neighborhood-serving commercial space, home to a coffee shop and bank. Its tastefully designed interiors feature European cabinetry, quartz countertops, and high-end fixtures. Amenities include onsite secured parking, a hotel-like lobby and lounge, a state-of-the-art fitness center, Zen garden, rooftop terrace with barbeques and fire pits, and stylish porcelain tile and metal panel façade. Its convenient location between The Wiltern Theater and The Line Hotel is about two blocks away from the Metro Purple Line’s Wilshire/Normandie Station and surrounded by restaurants and cafes.

Residents will enjoy the roof deck with its glowing halo, lush landscaping, and stunning views.

“Many Angelenos desire to live in vibrant, interconnected communities and appreciate K-town’s central location. In an area studded with historical architectural gems, KFA’s modern design and well-appointed units reflect the urban lifestyle of this community,” said Jaime.
