“After much anticipation, it’s exciting to see the first phase of the PATH Metro Villas campus, nearing completion,” said KFA Associate Jaime Olmos, AIA. “We are proud that our design supports PATH’s unique approach to providing permanent shelter to some of the most vulnerable of L.A.’s homeless.”

Developed by PATH Ventures in partnership with Affirmed Housing, the six-story, 54,740 SF first phase of PATH Metro Villas will add 65 residential units and supportive services for low-income, chronically homeless individuals and veterans living in Los Angeles. It will house PATH’s Veterans Connection Center, large spaces for clinical services, case management offices, a community room with a teaching kitchen, three landscaped and furnished rooftop decks, bicycle storage space, and laundry facilities.
