Parham Hakimi

Parham Hakimi, a recent addition to KFA, brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to the team. Born and raised in Tehran, Parham pursued his passion for architecture at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. After graduating, he moved to Los Angeles, drawn by the city’s innovative and free-form architectural landscape. Over the past decade, Parham has honed his skills working on diverse projects, including multi-family residences, mixed-use developments, landmark buildings, and hotels in Santa Monica. His work is characterized by a keen interest in formal architecture that pushes the boundaries of technology and construction. Outside the office, Parham enjoys playing soccer, making latte art, drinking espresso, listening to deep house music, and weightlifting.
