• The design concept for 1441 Lincoln, derived from the Santa Monica landscape, features a white band that winds its way up and down the façade, a subtle reference to the mountains to the north and ocean to the west.
• Residents of the 6-story project will enjoy terraced courtyards and 2 roof decks, and the project’s 2,600 SF of ground floor retail space continues the pedestrian-friendly streetscape established by the KFA project immediately to the south at the corner of Broadway.
