• Located just north of the 10 Freeway, this 4-story project joins others located on this soon-to-be-transformed stretch of Lincoln Boulevard, a state highway that is a prominent gateway into Santa Monica.
• The building’s major organizational elements include a strong concrete base at the ground floor and expansive glass elements of the residential portion above. These residential volumes rotate slightly, creating movement long the Lincoln façade.
• Over 7,000 SF of retail space will be available on the ground floor, which is set back from the street, allowing for wide sidewalks, outdoor seating and a landscaped buffer from the busy street.
