• Developed under the City of Los Angeles’ small lot ordinance and located at the corner of Washington Place and East Blvd. in Mar Vista, 8 East provides, in a small footprint, light filled spaces that are open and airy while still affording privacy for the residents.
• Cantilevered 2-story stair elements project from the main building mass to provide rhythm in the common courtyard space and to bring indirect light into the living spaces.
• The second floor includes one large living/dining/kitchen space with 11’ ceilings and 8’ patio doors. Residents can work in the ground floor office/bedroom and walk up 3 levels, past a limestone tile stairway, to enjoy the sunset from their private roof deck.

• Looming in the shadow of the 405 on Washington Place in Culver City, Tito’s has a longstanding tradition of serving up amazing tacos. Despite a healthy mix of other Mexican staples, including a surprisingly tasty salsa roja and chicken tamale, folks flock to Tito’s for their hard-shelled tacos.
