BEYOND THE STATS

• Named after the tallest mountain in North America.
• Denali will consist of two connected buildings with 100 one-bedroom apartments at the site of the former Long Beach Housing Authority.
• Denali is projected to house an integrated population, with 75 units of permanent supportive housing for chronically unhoused individuals and 25 units of general affordable housing.
• Like all permanent supportive properties, Denali will offer comprehensive support services to ensure tenants are able to remain housed.
• It will also boast a broad sustainability strategy including extensive solar panels, all electric appliances and has set a goal of net-zero operations.

• Historic park with amenities such as play equipment, athletic fields & courts, picnic areas & a skate park.
