BEYOND THE STATS

• Located in the heart of Hollywood near the corner of Selma Avenue and North Cahuenga Boulevard, the DREAM Hollywood features five dining and nightlife venues in or adjacent to the property, and a spacious 11,000 SF rooftop deck with a pool, lounge and restaurant. Los Angeles’ indoor/outdoor connection is promoted throughout the project; the property showcases a semi-public landscaped pedestrian alley meant for locals and visitors alike, and a garden path guides guests from the entrance to the check-in and concierge area.
• Designed by Rockwell Group, the interiors and guest rooms feature two color schemes. One is inspired by sky, water and white houses against a desert backdrop, while the other draws upon the warm hues of a California sunset. Other design elements include freestanding bronze shelving units that separate room and bathroom areas as well as custom wall coverings depicting the Los Angeles landscape.
• Pan-Asian themed Tao Restaurant, for which KFA is the Architect of Record, opened its first Los Angeles location adjacent to the DREAM Hollywood.

• A sophisticated, jewel-toned eatery with vintage decor offering New American plates, drinks & wine.
