BEYOND THE STATS

  • Located in the “City of Gardens” district in Pasadena, Evanston Court embraces the historic Evanston Inn, built in 1897 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Characterized by the original Italianate and early Craftsman styles of the late 19th Century, the Inn, which includes 10 units, was moved to a new foundation on site and restored to its original condition. The new 2-story construction with partial underground parking is comprised of 3 separate buildings, organized in an L-shape around the Inn.
  • Many plans offer single level living via direct elevator access, or master bedroom suites on the first floor, and large private patios adjacent to a generously landscaped common courtyard offer a tranquil setting for residents. Two 100 year-old palm trees have been retained in keeping with the project’s historic setting.
  • Centrally located in Pasadena, Evanston Court offers a walkable lifestyle with high-quality transit, shopping, entertainment and services within a quarter-mile of residents’ front doors.
