BEYOND THE STATS
- Situated on a 2 acre site, Fire Station 84 provides comfortable and efficient living and working environments for the firefighters, who make the station their second home. Public and private uses are separated into two zones: the private, which includes dormitories, locker rooms, kitchen and break rooms, and the public, which includes the offices, conference room and training room.
- The project is LEED certified and includes several sustainable features including day lighting into the dorm areas, recycled materials and water-efficient landscaping.
