BEYOND THE STATS

• Providing housing for low-income disabled households, the three-story Havenhurst Apartments sits comfortably among a number of 1920’s apartment buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places, just south of the Sunset Strip. The design was carefully considered and the massing stepped back from the historic Andalusia Apartments located on the adjacent lot to the north.
• The building is also set back thirty feet from the sidewalk so that several trees could be saved, and the landscaped front courtyard provides a tranquil social gathering area for resident use.

Pinche’s Tacos

• Barley a block from Havenhurst Apartments, Pinche’s Tacos has become a hotshopt for tasty, fresh Mexican food.
