BEYOND THE STATS
- KFA worked with Alliance and landscape architect Design Studio Ma to develop a brand for The Hesby that sought to define a spa-like retreat in the heart of the Valley. Themes of coolness and shade guided all design decisions; frosted guardrails, a fresh green and pale yellow color scheme and intricately patterned sunshades were included in the building’s palette.
- When they’re not enjoying the project’s outdoor dining and bar areas, pools, cabanas and outdoor movie theater, residents can take a short walk to downtown North Hollywood and connect to the Metro Line station, just a few blocks away.
