BEYOND THE STATS
- The highly-anticipated Ivy Station development office, residences, hotel, stores and restaurants within a landmark, destination-oriented environment. The TOD will serve as a multi-mobile transit hub offering alternatives that include 21 bus lines and ample underground parking for visitors and Metro riders arriving by car, bike and skateboard, all adjacent to the Metro Expo Line’s Culver City Station.
- The project includes a stand-alone 5-story office building with retail and restaurant space on the ground floor and offices located on all levels. Two interconnected 5 and 6-story buildings atop a single-level podium include a 200-unit residential building and a 148-room boutique hotel building, both of which will have ground floor retail and restaurant space.

The Jazz Bakery
The Jazz Bakery is the most prestigious jazz space in Los Angeles — a serious, no-frills, seven-nights-a-week nonprofit listening room of international renown, where everybody who’s anybody has played; where iconic musicians turn up as regularly in the audience as on the bandstand; where just ascending the stage is a sure sign that you’ve made it into the music’s highest ranks.
