BEYOND THE STATS

• KFA developed a program and feasibility study for Phase 1 of the Mayfield School Master Plan, which included significant renovations and upgrades to Strub and Hayden Halls, as well as extensive redevelopment of the school’s seven-acre site.
• Seven classrooms, a library, and teacher support spaces were completed in the first phase of renovation of historic Strub, Hall, and the second phase will be completed in 2022.
• The scope of work was broken into smaller phases to keep the school operational during the upgrades and to meet Mayfield’s capital campaign goals.

Intelligentsia Coffee

• A high-end coffee bar in an industrial-chic setting that serves specialty daily roasted brews.
