Micropolitan at Chandler – the nVe Apartments

BEYOND THE STATS

• The seven-story nVe Apartments, located in the heart of North Hollywood, is located across the street from the Metro Orange Line terminus and one block from the Red Line terminus. The project sits at the north end of the expansive North Hollywood Park, giving the building a high profile from the park and verdant views to the south from its residential floors.
• nVe’s design takes full advantage of its prime, Central Park-like site, creating a clean urban wall as a backdrop to the park. The project features a podium plaza with a pool carved out of the south elevation, which opens the building to the park. A rooftop BBQ area and outdoor movie venue complete the amenities.
• Filling a lot that was vacant for ten years, nVe Apartments is an example of successful urban infill, transit-oriented design, meshing with the existing scale, amenities, transit and walkability of the neighborhood.
