• The Palace Hotel provides permanent group housing for transitional-aged youth who have previously been housed in foster care. There are 14 studio apartment units, one resident manager’s unit, and community room space for group activities.
• The roof features an intimate deck for social gatherings, and the ground floor includes space for a retail tenant.
• The Palace Hotel is a LEED Platinum certified project.
