BEYOND THE STATS

• Palm View Apartments was one of the first projects in Los Angeles to offer affordable housing to people with AIDS. The West Hollywood site contained two 80-year-old Craftsman style bungalows which were dismantled and stored during construction, and then reassembled on the parking garage podium to house community rooms for residents.
• The two-story renovated bungalows are nearest to the street, and new three and four-story volumes step toward the back of the site. The courtyard opens to the south for beautiful city views from walkways and balconies.

Eveleigh

• A beautifully finished American Restaurant with a rustic vibe; it features farm-to-table small and large plates inspired by American and European country cooking.
