BEYOND THE STATS

• Taking adaptive-reuse to the next level, this project converts a former non-descript plumbing supply warehouse built in 1916 into a members-only club with hotel rooms, a gym, pool deck, and several food and beverage outlets.
• The cutting-edge interior design works with the industrial character of the building and neighborhood, and uses existing graffiti as a prominent feature in many of the common areas.

Greenbar Distillery

• Founded in 2004, Greenbar Distillery is LA’s first since Prohibition and one of the first craft distilleries in the U.S.
