BEYOND THE STATS

• KFA designed a new condo project on a fashionable section of Sunset Blvd. in Silverlake. The project takes its design cues from the mid-century modern architecture in the nearby Hollywood Hills and features extra large windows, sliding doors and views from DTLA to the hills.
• The site has over 30 feet of slope and is less than half an acre, so the project is shoe-horned in and makes the most of every square foot of space. The main courtyard has a pool and patio while the 4th floor deck has a hot tub and will boast a club house and some amazing views.
• The top floor units average over 1600sf and all have private stairs leading to private roof decks. These units feature very large entertaining spaces, dens and lots of outdoor space.
