BEYOND THE STATS

• Title Guarantee, which overlooks downtown’s Pershing Square, was designed in the Zig-Zag Moderne style in 1930 by the noted architectural firm Parkinson & Parkinson.
• While the exterior architecture qualified the building for inclusion on the National Historic Register, the interior was completely reconstructed into 20 different loft floor plans including two- and three-story layouts ranging up to 3,500 SF.
• Parts of the existing light well were pushed down to provide more light and ventilation and to provide private patios, resulting in open and airy units. The highly ornate existing roof tower was transformed into a four-level penthouse with private balconies and an infinity pool.
