• 1634 20th Street is a seven-story, 100% affordable housing development in Santa Monica that will provide 78 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
• Half of the units are reserved for formerly homeless individuals and families, and the other half for households earning between 30–60% of the area median income.
• The building is organized around a central courtyard and includes a community room, landscaped outdoor areas on the third floor and rooftop, 26 underground parking spaces, 152 bike stalls, and two on-site manager units.
• Residents will have access to comprehensive supportive services focused on health, education, employment, and long-term housing stability.
