BEYOND THE STATS
- The Eastern Columbia at 9th and Broadway, a landmark building in the Los Angeles skyline distinguished by its blue terracotta façade and neon-lit clock tower, provides light-filled, flexible lofts from 880 SF to 3200 SF. Concrete floors and ceilings up to 14 feet are offered in a variety of unit types, including two-story units with private decks, three-story units, and one spectacularly unique four-story unit.
- The north and west facades have new historically compatible windows and balconies and the main lobby entrance off Broadway remains, grounded by the original restored terrazzo sidewalk and entryway. A new landscaped court provides access from the parking area.
- A rooftop leisure terrace offers a fitness center, pool, spa, sun deck and outdoor fireplace.
