With 20+ projects currently under construction, and over 40 other project in various design stage, 2018 will be extremely eventful for KFA. Encompassing mixed-use campuses, multi-family and mixed-use housing, TOC, hospitality, affordable housing, adaptive reuse, creative office and retail, this work represents over 3,300 housing units, 600 hotel keys, and 3,500,000 SF of new construction valued at almost $700,000,000.

KFA is pleased to announce the recent promotions of Tarrah Beebe, AIA to Senior Associate and Dganit Shtorch, AIA to Associate. Both Tarrah and Dganit have been with KFA for over a decade and have played vital roles in the firm’s commitment to reshaping Los Angeles. “We are proud to recognize their professional accomplishments and growth with the firm. They have contributed to our work through design excellence, creativity, industry leadership, and creating valuable client relationships,” said KFA Partner Barbara Flammang, AIA.

KFA brought lots of holiday cheer at the end of 2017 to several families at the Zahn Memorial Center’s emergency shelter in Downtown Los Angeles. The Zahn Center hosts an annual holiday party where KFA brought gifts for the resident families.  The children at this emergency shelter received a large bag of presents and gift cards for each family, all collected from KFA and friends.
