KFA projects took home four Merit Awards and one Grand Award from the 2014 Pacific Coast Builders Conference Gold Nugget Awards. Congratulations to WS Communities for Lincoln / Broadway, Merit Award winner in the “Best Mixed Use Project” category.  Merit Awards in the “Best Affordable Project – 60 Du/Acre or More” category were given to A Community of Friends and PATH Ventures for Villas at Gower as well as Skid Row Housing Trust for New Genesis. AMCAL received a Merit Award in the “Best Seniors Housing Community” category for Linda Vista Phase 1. Finally, GDS Development and Blvd Hospitality picked up the Grand Award in the “Best Renovated or Restored Project” category for DTLA’s Ace Hotel.
